For those who don't know, powerlifting is about how much weight you can lift and bodybuilding is judged based on the way you look. Moderated by Justin Baldoni, the series covers topics like body image, fatherhood, marriage, happiness, feminism, and sexuality.
Again, McGorry appeared on the table talk show in 2018. He also performed in 2010's Afghan Hound.
Matt used to work at a gym and used to work as a fitness trainee for some of Victoria's Secret models.

"When I did bodybuilding, I had five-and-a-half percent body fat, and was exhausted all the time, "In the acting world, what I have to maintain is not much."

The lead actor in How He Fell In Love does not make many headlines for his love life in real life. The actor opened up about the idea that more people experiment with their sexuality than society lets on.
“When I was young, like a lot of straight boys, I experimented with other boys, right?” he explained.

I can be awkward and I have a strange sense of humor at times. But I’ve also been learning to try and embrace that. I was perpetually tired, hungry and cranky. It is unusual to see a person with such a posture and personality not dating anyone.

Matt defines himself as a feminist and a guy who lacks the skill to talk with girls.
“I don’t think it was sexual, because again, I am straight and I never found myself attracted to boys, but there’s this thing where – and I don’t need to go into the full details – but you know, where you just try things.”
He added, “And I had so much shame about that for years after, thinking, I’m gonna be famous one day – maybe – and someone’s gonna find out and it’s gonna destroy me.
After 4 months of working out 10-15 hours a week, cooking and weighing all of my food and carrying it with me in containers everywhere, I lost 40lbs and got down to 5.5% bodyfat by the time I stepped on to the stage. McGorry’s confession happened back in 2018. That has started new conversations around the topic of experimentation and the ability to “try” things before confirming your sexual orientation.
